Return and Exchange Guide

If your item did not fit or look just how you like it? Do not worry, returning and exchanging is so easy!

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with you purchase, you may easily send the item back for a full refund (minus original shipping costs if applicable) or exchange.

Returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date. Returns received after 30 days will be issued a store credit for the full amount of the items you return. Once the item has been worn, washed, or the tags are removed, it cannot be returned. When returning items please make sure the original tags are attached and the items show no signs of wear including sweat, make-up, self-tanner, deodorant, and hair, as such clothing cannot be accepted.

Please examine all clothing before removing tags, wearing, and/or washing. Examine the seams, stitching, fabric, fit, etc. before wearing. 

How to return:

We suggest that you ship returns using a Postal Service with recorded delivery (Registered, insured, or signature required is optional) or a traceable carrier such as UPS, Fed Ex, or DHL.

No Cash on Delivery orders will be accepted. Please include a copy of the invoice (we do not need the original copy or attached receipt) inside the package.


Rosato Collections are committed to providing you with an excellent service and will offer you a full refund (excluding any postal and packing charges) if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.

The following terms and conditions apply:

1. Before returning your item(s) please contact us at ( return or exchange instruction. The cost of returning the goods will be your full responsibility.

2. Returns must be received within 30 days of your receipt of the shipment. 

3. You are responsible for the return postage.

4. Goods must be returned in perfect re-saleable condition and NOT WORN/NOT STAINED or WASHED, all labeling attached, all packaging complete.

5. No refund or exchange will be made until the goods have been returned and checked by Rosato Collections.

6. International returns must be marked as a RETURNED ITEMS or else your items may be subject to a Customs and clearance charge, which Rosato Collections will deduct from your refund. 

7. Returns are typically processed within 1-3 business days of receiving the package.

8. Refunds will be applied to the credit card used for the purchase. Refunds may take 1-3 additional business days to appear on your statement or in your account.

9. Rosato Collections advise that when returning goods, you use a delivery method that requires a signature e.g. Recorded delivery or traceable carrier.

10. Rosato Collections accepts no liability for lost parcels. The goods remain your responsibility until they reach our office. All postage costs are non-refundable. Always retain proof of postage.


You are responsible for return postage.

We will ship the exchange items, and any additional items you would like, free of charge. This offer is extended for your first exchange only.

All additional exchanges over €300 or £300 will also ship for free.

Additional orders below €300 or £300 will be charged either €5 or £5 depending of country of purchase, for shipping back to you.

You may email us with the brand name, style number, size and color of the items you would like for an exchange so we can place them on hold for you as items can sell out prior to receiving your return package. Please write “Item on Hold” on the return invoice if you have chosen to email.

Any additional charges will be refunded or charged to the card we have on file. Exchanges are typically processed and shipped within 4 business days of receiving the package.
